Laura has been working in the health, beauty and wellness industry for 20 years. As a wellbeing therapist, Laura specialises in sports therapy massage techniques, rehabilitation and nutrition, however, she also enjoys offering a wide range of holistic treatments to aid relaxation of the mind, body and spirit.
Laura is committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as a professional wellbeing therapist.
